My subscription says it has been shipped but the tracking is not working.

We begin processing subscriptions (sorting, packing, labelling, etc.) well in advance of their ship date. The tracking will not be active until they enter the postal system.

Products are shipped as close to their official release date as possible (as fast or faster than any other retailer), and we always aim for release day delivery. We are centrally located in Oklahoma, so shipments are expedient to every part of the country.

Once your items have shipped, your tracking number will be active. For more information, read further about tracking.
